This course teaches you how learning actually works, then gives you practical methods to match. You will practice each method on a real subject of your own, so you finish with a personal system instead of a list of tips you never use.
Who this course is for
School and university students, adults returning to study, and self-learners of any age from about 14 upward. You do not need any background in psychology or neuroscience. Lessons use plain English, with short sentences and everyday words.
How the course works
One idea per lesson. Each lesson takes about 10 to 40 minutes and ends with a short paper exercise you can do the same day.
A paper notebook is part of the method. Writing and drawing force you to process an idea. Apps and AI tools are useful helpers, but they do the thinking if you let them.
About 3 hours a week for about 9 weeks. Two lessons, one review session, and one exercise day in a typical week. Adjust this to fit your life.
Work in order. Later lessons build on earlier ones and refer back to them by name.
